I read a lot of reviews online and was torn about the sizing on this, so I ended up ordering both S and M. I own a tunic dress from this same company in size M. I'm 5'4, 130 and the small fits great with room to wear a fleece or thin sweatshirt underneath. I do not find it difficult to put on/take off at all - the side zipper plus the neck zip give plenty of room, although it's like pulling on a half-zip or a sports bra (you have to go over your head and do a little twist with your arms). Love this so much that I bough 2 more in solid colors. I honestly wanted only solids at the beginning, but now that I have this ponce/cerise one, I just love the contrast and this is my favorite one! It looks really cute with leggings and boots, and the colors on the top take focus away from your puffy middle. I am constantly cold and wear this indoors like a regular dress. It's perfect to zip out the door to pick up kids from school and not need a coat, or to hang out around the backyard fire pit.
