Measure the widest part of your head, about 1 inch above your eyes and ears

How to measure

Using a flexible tape, measure the circumference of the widest part of your head — generally about 1 inch above your eyes and ears. Measure at a few points above and below that line and use the largest number.

We engineered the F3 Carbon Helmet specifically to reduce fatigue and improve comfort over long rides, and ultimately to challenge what “light weight” really means.
