Shipping

Free shipping over $100

Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

We ship by USPS and UPS. Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Some items ship separately and may take a little longer.

USPS Priority: 2 to 4 days from the date of shipment.
USPS Priority Express: next day to 2 days from the date of shipment.

Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

In-store pickup

Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Orders are usually ready within an hour during store hours (8am to 5pm) at 2638 North Main Street, Pittsburg, NH 03592.

Returns

Our return policy

Items with the original tags attached, in unworn and unaltered condition, can be returned within 30 days of an in-store purchase or within 30 days of a shipped order's delivery date. All returns need a proof of purchase: your original receipt or order number.

Discounted and sale items are final sale and can't be returned.

How to return an online order

In person: bring it to our store in Pittsburg, NH.
By mail: call (866) 663-9777 and we'll send you a return shipping label. A $7.95 label fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund your original form of payment or issue a gift card by email. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Returns with a gift receipt are issued as merchandise credit.

Items that have been worn, washed, torn or used can't be accepted, at Bear Rock's discretion.
