All measurements are body measurements in inches. Pant size = your waist measurement minus 2 (a 34-inch waist takes a size 32).

Chest: place the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: measure where you like your pants to sit, then subtract 2 inches to get your prAna pant size.
